  • Chief Revenue Officer and Director for a social commerce company on a $35M/year annual run rate (2008-2011)
  • President of New division of 15 year old profitable company with need for innovation.  (2013-2016)

Building:

Successfully founded and/or built multiple profitable companies in areas of consumer internet and value investing, including Customink/Booster (over $350M/annual sales).

Operating:

Expertise predominantly in product and marketing, recruiting, finance and fundraising, corp and business development (including sales). Andrew has particular expertise building teams focused on acquiring customers in local commerce or fintech, and product teams with agile methodology.

Consulting:

Engaged by Amazon, Tiger Management, Constant Contact, Customink and others to provide insights and help spur new initiatives. 

IP & Risk Management:

Graduated NYU School of Law in 2001 and spent 3 years at Davis Polk & Wardwell, plus several years at Flagg Street Capital and Highfields Capital Management ($12B hedge fund, Boston spin out from Harvard Management). Substantial variety of experience with business legal matters from compliance to intellectual property.

Transactions & Capital Raising:

My companies have raised over $100M from seed rounds to Series Cs in private fundings.
