We seek situations where seed funds, VCs or private equity firms may not provide the best partners, such as in a seed extension to a Series A or debt financing.
Preferably we invest in situations where we have relevant and significant experience to help execute.
In some cases we will bring together a syndicate that can contribute meaningful guidance and network, not just capital.
